Catarina is the Events & Community Lead at 1kx. Previously, she was the Hub Manager at Poolside Lisbon, the city’s most popular web3 hub. She started her crypto journey in 2021 when she joined Polkastarter as Head of Marketing. Before that, she led marketing strategy at Time Out Market, one of Lisbon’s top tourist destinations. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, staying active, learning to surf and surfskate, and exploring the best restaurants and bars in Lisbon (and beyond).
