Clare He is a Managing Director and Head of Capital Formation at 1kx. She leads the firm's investor partnerships globally and, alongside the founding partners, its strategy and research. She has over fifteen years of experience across venture capital, growth equity and private equity, spanning both investment and firm building.

Prior to joining 1kx in 2024, Ms. He was Head of Investor Relations at Genesis Capital, a technology growth equity firm, which she joined at an early stage and helped institutionalize as it scaled into a multi-fund platform. Before Genesis, she was an investor at Lunar Capital, a consumer private equity firm, co-founded a consumer health business, and began her career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley.

Ms. He received a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan and is an alumna of Harvard Business School.
